Huawei P30 Pro gets Android 10 based Emui 10.1 update


Huawei P30 Pro was launched in March 2019 and holds the title of the world's first smartphone to feature 5x Optical Zoom. The device is powered by Huawei's own HiSilicon Kirin 980SOC and comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The P30 Pro comes with Android 9 Pie and has Huawei's custom EMUI 8.1 on top.

As per a post on Reddit, the Android 10 based EMUI 10.1 update for Huawei P30 Pro is life in the US. The build version of the update is

EMUI 10 brings lots of new features and improvements to make the UI more smooth and interactive. With EMUI 10 Huawei has introduced a Magazine Style UI that arranges the layout like a magazine to create a balance between interactive and informative content, also a new color scheme is used inspired by the famous Italian painter Giorgio Morandi, "Morandi Color System", a makeover of icons with a rounder shape and sharp appearance, new themes added for Always-on Display, redesigned Camera App, new Animation Effects for smoother App transitions and scrolling, also Dark Mode is introduced.

The update is now live in the US and will be available to users via OTA update. We will keep you updated as more regions get the EMUI 10 update.
