OnePlus 7T/7T Pro receives a new open beta 7 update with new User assistance and more

OnePlus started rolling out Open beta 7 for the OnePlus 7T series with newly added User assistance feature to help user master usage skills and more. The update comes with the latest August 2020 security with lots of fixes and improvements. The update is available for users who are enrolled/installed beta versions of OxyegnOS on their phones. 

For those in India, The update has optimized the categorization feature in Messages to store messages of same contact in one card. Apart from that the update also optimized user experience with a long screenshot in some scenarios.

There are a few more tweaks in the update like fixing auto-start issue with QXDM logs after reboot and improved the stability of Wi-Fi transfers to give a more smooth experience. The update also optimized the issue for File Manager which is mentioned in the changelog.

 • Fixed the issue that File Manager did not display some downloaded documents of apps

 • Improved the stability of Wi-Fi transfers

You will receive the prompt to download if you're already on a beta version or else you can manually install it by downloading the update from OnePlus site and install it from the system update section in the Settings.
