Samsung started the Galaxy M series in an attempt to enter the mid-range price segment which is mostly ruled by Chinese smartphone manufacturers like Xiaomi, oppo, Vivo, and Huawei.
Adding to the list of its evergrowing M series Samsung has set to launch its latest M series smartphone Galaxy M31s on 30 July 2020 via an online launch event. Samsung has also confirmed that the device will be available for sale on Amazon India after the launch event.
Galaxy M31s is the successor of galaxy M31 which was also launched this year in February. There has not been much official confirmation for the specs of the device yet but Samsung has updated the official website of the Galaxy M31s to give an overview of what to expect.
On the camera department, the Galaxy M31s will come with a quad-camera setup on the back with a 64MP primary camera supported by an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 5MP depth sensor with an f1.24 lens and another 5MP depth sensor with an f2.2 lens. Combined with Samsung's latest Single Take feature, it guarantees some amazing high-quality shots. The Single Take was introduced with One UI 2.1, Single Take uses the camera system and AI to capture a number of photos and videos at once and recommends the best shot for you. On the front, the phone features a single 32MP primary selfie shooter.
Similar to the Galaxy M31, the Galaxy M31s will also come with a huge 6000mah battery but Unlike its predecessor which only supports 15W fast charging, the galaxy m31s supports 25W fast charging. The galaxy M31s is also confirmed to support reverse charging, meaning you can now charge other devices via Galaxy M31s.
Galaxy M31s is confirmed to feature an Infinity-O display which ensures minimal bezels, the single front camera resides on the top waterdrop notch. The phone also comes with a Super AMOLED Full HD+ display.
Although the price of the device is not revealed yet but much like its predecessor it is rumored to be launch under 20k in India.
